Vivenda Pereira is situated near to the town of Sintra (5km.), only 26km. from the city center of the capital Lisbon. During the high season, an electric tram that stops right in front of the house, connects Sintra with the beach 'Praia das Maças' (less than 5km.). Therefore, you do not need a car in summer.
The house consists of two apartments, of which this apartment for 6 persons at the first floor. Please note the attic has a pitched roof area, it is not suitable for tall persons. The hight of the bedrooms and bathroom is between 140cm. and 185cm. The apartments are well furnished and share a little terrace with a stone grill. the living room has a fireplace and a wooden hearth, in a garden barbeque and garden furniture's are to your disposal.
Final cleaning is included in rental price. Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are included in the room rate. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
