This modern villa with private swimming pool is situated on the Silver Coast in Cela. It has been built in a unique architectonic style, whereby a part of the house appears to float in the air. The furnishings are comfortable with earth tints as accent colours. The various wood elements on the outside of the home give the house a rustic ambience. From the living room/diner you walk right through the sliding doors to the teak wood terrace where you can relax on the lounges.

The location on a hilltop provides this rural residence with a wide view with the sea in the distance. You'll be able to cool off in the swimming pool which can be heated when the temperature dips. You can dine al fresco by the built in barbeque.

In 5-10 minutes in the car you will find the beaches of Nazaré and São Martinho do Porto. The centre of São Martinho do Porto has many fish restaurants. Alcobaça, with its monastery, is located 6 km away. For those who want to take a day trip, Óbidos (30min) and the pilgrimage site of Fatima (45min) are recommended. The capital Lisbon is about an hour away.

Please note: The swimming pool can be heated for a charge in the period of March up to and including October. This should be requested 3 days in advance. Price is 7 EURO per day.

Bed linens are not included in the room rate. Guests are required to rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15 per Stay. Price for gas/oil: EUR 29/Gasbottle. Extra cost for optional heating of the swimming pool: EUR 8 /night. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure.
